Information on building accesses

Information on building accesses

  • Main buliding and lecture halls

The main building has a barrier-free access via the refectory. Another barrier-free access is coming from the direction of the seminar room containers via the so-called "Spina"-corridor.

  • Track and field stadium (LAA)

Barrier-free access to the first floor of the stadium building is via an external stair lift at the grandstand.

  • Gym no. 21-24 (Nordhallen)

Access to the stands of the "Nordhallen" is currently (as of 03/2023) not possible without barriers, as the lifts in the institute building cannot be used due to construction work. In the next few months a stair lift will be installed at the entrance to Hall 21 to enable access to the stands during construction.

  • Swimming centre

A barrier-free changing room with a shower and a restroom is located on the ground floor of the swimming centre. From there you have direct access to the teaching pool. The further access to the other pools is barrier-free.

Parking

Parking

Public parking spaces suitable for disabled persons can be found along the street "Am Sportpark Müngersdorf".

Employees of the Sport University will find disabled parking spaces on the parking deck under the Gym 21-24 (Nordhallen). Test persons can use these by checking with the institutes in advance.
