+++Problems receiving e-mails to free Microsoft mail addresses+++
Unfortunately, we currently cannot rule out that some of the outgoing mails of the German Sport University to free mailer services of Microsoft are classified as suspicious and discarded (they do not end up in the junk mail folder).
We are trying to find a solution. However, the final decision on how to handle DSHS mails on Microsoft's side is made exclusively by Microsoft. For this reason, it cannot be ruled out that e-mails sent by DSHS to Microsoft e-mail addresses will not be delivered. This affects all e-mail addresses ending with @live.com, @live.de, @outlook.com, @outlook.de, @hotmail.de and @hotmail.com.
In order to influence Microsoft's decision positively in our sense, we ask you to add the following addresses to the safe senders in your Microsoft account as a first step (Options - E-mail - Junk E-mail - Safe Senders):
Furthermore, we can only advise you to store an e-mail address of another provider in your profiles (LSF as well as Moodle profile).
