mySpoho: Study- and BAfög-ID
Via mySpoho, students can, among other things, view their student status and submit various applications, e.g. for leave of absence, de-registration, changes to their personal data, and reimbursement of tuition fees. Furthermore, mySpoho offers the possibility to retrieve enrollment certificates, fee certificates, a list of the previous study progress and other certificates independently.
The KVB-/VRS-Ticket is printed on your ID card by the validation process (see student ID card). Therefore, the validation process must be repeated every semester after successful re-registration.
The NRW-Ticket can be downloaded from www.ots-nrw.de starting one week before the start of the semester. All newly enrolled Spoho students will be able to download the NRW-Ticket at the latest at the start of the semester (summer semester: 01.04. | winter semester: 01.10.).
ATTENTION!
(1) After transferring the semester fee, it takes about 7 days to transfer the data to Deutsche Bahn! Please take this period into account before contacting us, because a printout is not yet possible!
(2) Your personal data must be entered exactly (!absolutely identical!) as they are stored in the Spoho student system!
