The IT-Helpdesk is the first contact at GSU regarding your everyday IT challenges. You can contact them via email, phone or just drop by during their opening hours.
Among other things you can contact them for the following topics:
- Setup of wireless lan on campus (EDUROAM)
- Application and setup of your email account (only for employees and PhD students of the GSU)
- Miscellaneous software which can assist your studies
- FIS - the platform for research at the German Sport University
