Services

The IT Helpdesk is the first point of contact for IT related questions at the Sports University.

Students can contact the helpdesk by email at any time or by telephone during the service hours.
Please note that in person help is only available with a prior appointment.

Employees of the Sports University can find all relevant information on the page of the IT department on the intranet.

In addition to general IT questions the IT helpdesk can help you with
- the setup of the campus WIFI (eduroam)
- the setup of your email account (employees only)
- questions about Sciebo
- forgotten passwords
- information about the purchase of licenses for programs related to your studies
