SGM-Workshop: Time Management

Am 26. April veranstaltet das studentische Gesundheitsmanagement einen Workshop zum Thema "Time Management - reach your goals more easily by organising yourself better". Der Workshop findet von 9:00 bis 12:00 Uhr in Seminarraum 20 statt.

If you are poorly organised, the constant feeling of strain and not being able to get through all your tasks can lead to tension, nervousness and stress. You make mistakes due to lack of concentration and your dissatisfaction can escalate to despair. You go without time to recover in order to compensate. Simple time management tools bring order to chaos and significantly reduce stress. Tasks can be completed more efficiently and goals achieved more quickly without losing your enthusiasm along the way. Efficient time management prevents stress and with it stress-related symptoms such as headaches, backache and excessive tobacco consumption, thus protecting your health. At the same time, your self-esteem becomes more stable and your chances of success during your studies improve. During this course, you will learn to set priorities, take control of distractions and interruptions, plan your work tasks efficiently and approach homework or exam material in a focused but more relaxed way.
