Call No. 3 of the research funds for the German Sport University Cologne Call for proposals for initial funding (JUNIOR-PROFESSORS, POSTDOCS and DOCTORAL STUDENTS in the final phase) Aim of the grant In view of the increasing need for universities to acquire third-party funding, especially within the framework of competitive procedures, the German Sport University Cologne supports researchers in the qualification phase with funding line 3 (start-up funding) to deal with the associated requirements and expectations and to prepare a third-party funding application. The application for competitive funding is intended to increase the third-party funding competence of the researchers. Funding through funding line 3 should make it possible to prepare a third-party funding application. The aim of funding line 3 is to submit this third-party funding application with a funding amount of at least 50,000 euros per year in competitive funding programs, especially from the DFG and EU, the BMFTR and BiSP or Foundations. In line with the current efforts of the DSHS, applications for third-party funding should be prepared in funding line 3, e.g. for a first application (DFG) or a Starting Grant (ERC). When selecting the funding organization, the suitability of the research project for the call or the programme must be determined in advance and explained in the application (e.g. the criterion of basic research in the case of a planned DFG application or the application-oriented significance for EU, BMFTR, BMG and BiSP). Particularly welcome are projects that provide for DSHS-internal collaborations in addition to national and/or international collaborations in corresponding funding programs. Cooperation with the Medical Faculty of the University of Cologne is possible with immediate effect within the framework of joint special funding (see information sheet). Funding modalities Up to € 40,000 or a maximum of one WMA position with a scope of 50% (TV-L 13) for 12 months can be applied for; the project duration can extend over a period of up to 18 months. The funds can be used for personnel, material and travel1 expenses (no congress fees). The personnel funds can also be used for an own position or to increase the own position. In addition, funds can be applied for as part of the Internationalization (3,000 euros) and Open Access (2,000 euros) modules. Internal interdisciplinary collaboration with researchers from other GSU institutes (not departments) is possible as part of a joint grant application (increase in amount of funding by 1,500 euros). If the timetable takes into account review periods by the intended funding body, work should be carried out during this period that accompanies or supports the project. The application form for call no. 3 must be used for the application submission. Proposals can be written in German or English. Information on the use of artificial intelligence in the form of generative models for text and image creation in the application: The use of generative models is permitted, but must be disclosed and cited in a scientifically appropriate manner. The use must be in line with good scientific practice and applicants should disclose whether and to what extent they have used generative models for their research and in the context of the application. The responsibility for maintaining scientific integrity remains with the researchers themselves. In addition, legal aspects, such as copyright, must be taken into account when using generative AI in the context of an application. Generative AI should be seen as an aid and not as a substitute for the researcher's own scientific expertise. The final responsibility for the content and quality of the application lies with the applicant. Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für Ihre Bereitschaft, PraktikantInnen im Rahmen ihres Eignungs- und Orientie- rungspraktikums (EOP) aufzunehmen und zu begleiten. Wir freuen uns über die Zusammenarbeit mit Ihnen! Im Folgenden möchten wir Sie über das bevorstehende EOP informieren. Wir setzen voraus, dass Ihr/e Prakti- kantIn sich ebenfalls zu Beginn des Praktikums mit diesen Informationen vertraut gemacht hat. Grundlage für unsere Informationen sind neben den gesetzlichen Vorgaben und unseren hochschulspezifischen die Handrei- chung zum Eignungs- und Orientierungspraktikum, die vom MSW und den lehrerbildenden Hochschulen in NRW konzipiert wurde1. Eckdaten zum Eignungs- und Orientierungspraktikum Rechtlicher Rahmen, Dauer und Zielsetzungen Rechtlicher Rahmen für das EOP sind das Lehrerausbildungsgesetz (2016) und die Lehramtszugangsverordnung (2016) sowie der Praxiselementeerlass (2016)2. Für das EOP sind die Universitäten in Zusammenarbeit mit Ihnen in den Schulen zuständig (LABG (2016) §12 (2)). Das Praktikum ist im ersten Studienjahr verortet und dient einer ersten Erkundung des Berufsfeldes und einer ergebnisoffenen Eignungsreflexion. Das EOP hat eine Dauer „von mindestens 25 Praktikumstagen (…) möglichst innerhalb von fünf Wochen" (LABG (2016) § 12 (1)). Die Studierenden verbringen insgesamt 100 Zeitstunden in der Schule, die auf die gesamte Praktikumszeit verteilt werden können (typischerweise 20 Stunden pro Woche, andere Absprachen sind mög- lich). Diese Praktikumszeit ist die Präsenzzeit in der Schule, d.h. nicht nur die Hospitation im Unterricht, sondern auch Pausenaufsichten oder Aufenthalte im Lehrerzimmer sind Lernsituationen und somit Teil der Praktikums- zeit. Für die Portfolio-Aufgaben und das Selbststudium sind im Workload des gesamten Moduls zusätzlich 30 Stunden veranschlagt. Aufbau und Ausgestaltung von Studium und eigener professioneller Entwicklung reflektiert mitzugestal- ten.“ (LZV (2016) § 7) Voraussetzungen Das Praktikum wird im Bachelorstudium bildungswissenschaftlich begleitet (LABG (2016) §12 (2)). Der/die Prak- tikantIn muss die Begleitung „Vor- und Nachbereitungsseminar zum Eignungs- und Orientierungspraktikum“ an der Deutschen Sporthochschule (DSHS) belegen. Ohne die Belegung des Seminars wird das Praktikum von uns nicht anerkannt. Die Praktikumsschule sollte der studierten Schulform Gymnasium/Gesamtschule entsprechen. Die Suche einer Praktikumsschule liegt in der alleinigen Verantwortung der Studierenden. Der/die PraktikantIn darf nicht SchülerIn der Praktikumsschule gewesen sein (LZV (2016) § 7). Dies bescheinigt die Schule auf der Praktikumsbescheinigung, die der/die PraktikantIn der Schule vorlegt. Der/die PraktikantIn muss an Ihrer Schule eine Verschwiegenheitserklärung und eine Bescheinigung der Beleh- rung im Sinne des §35 Infektionsschutzgesetzes abgeben (Praxiselementeerlass (2016) 3 (4)). Vorlagen werden den Studierenden von der DSHS bereitgestellt. Die Schulleitung oder der/die Ausbildungsbeauftragte/r stellt sicher, dass der/die PraktikantIn über seine/ihre Pflichten und Rechte in Schule und Unterricht informiert werden (Praxiselementeerlass (2016) 3 (3)). Formalia Aufsichtspflicht Die Aufsichtspflicht liegt bei der jeweils anwesenden Lehrkraft. Der/die PraktikantIn darf keine Aufsichtspflicht (dies bezieht den eigenständigen Unterricht mit ein) übernehmen. Fehlzeiten „Für den Fall der Erkrankung oder anderweitiger Abwesenheit hat der/die PraktikantIn die Schule umgehend zu informieren. Mit der Ausbildungsbeauftragten oder dem Ausbildungsbeauftragten ist zu klären, ob und wie nicht absolvierte Praktikumstage nachgeholt werden können, um die Ziele des Praxiselements zu erreichen; in Zwei- felsfällen ist das Benehmen mit der Hochschule herzustellen. Unentschuldigte Abwesenheit oder das Nichtbe- achten von Regelungen der Schule kann in schwerwiegenden Fällen zur vorzeitigen Beendigung des Praktikums durch die Schulleitung im Benehmen mit der Hochschule führen.“ (Praxiselementeerlass (2016) 3 (3)) Weisungsbefugnis „Die für die Schule und den Unterricht geltenden Regelungen sind von den Praktikantinnen und Praktikanten zu beachten. Diese haben Weisungen der Schulleitung, der Ausbildungsbeauftragten und der Ausbildungslehr- kräfte zu befolgen.“ (Praxiselementeerlass (2016) 3 (4)) „Die Schulleitung […] entscheidet über den Einsatz der Praktikanten und Praktikantinnen“. (Praxiselementeer- lass (2016) 3 (3)) Bescheinigung des Praktikums Es liegt in der Verantwortung des/der Studierenden, sich das Praktikum auf der Modulbescheinigung von der Schule abzeichnen zu lassen. Sie bescheinigen darauf die Absolvierung des Praktikums gemäß § 12 LABG 2016. Aufgaben während des Praktikums Beobachtungsaufgabe Im Sinne des Forschenden Lernens formuliert der/die PraktikantIn im Rahmen des Seminars eine Leitfrage zu einem für ihn/sie relevanten Aspekt eines schulischen Handlungsfeldes. Durch Literaturrecherche verschafft er/sie sich fundiertes Wissen, auf dessen Grundlage eine Beobachtungsaufgabe entwickelt wird, die an Ihrer Schule durchgeführt und ausgewertet wird. Das Portfolio Praxiselemente In ihrem Portfolio Praxiselemente dokumentieren die Studierenden alle Praxisphasen ihrer Ausbildung. Das Port- folio hilft den Studierenden, ihre Eindrücke, Selbsterfahrungen, Beobachtungen und Reflexionen zu sammeln. Sie beginnen mit der Portfolioarbeit in der Vorbereitungsphase, die sich über das gesamte EOP erstreckt. An der DSHS gestalten die Studierenden ein Portfolio in Papier- oder digitalisierter Form, Einzelheiten zum Portfolio teilen die Dozierenden des Vorbereitungsseminars mit. Zu Beginn des Praktikums liegen den PraktikantInnen alle Portfolioaufgaben vor. Begleitung in der Schule Der Schwerpunkt dieser ersten Praxisphase bildet die Auseinandersetzung mit den Berufsanforderungen und Handlungsfeldern von LehrerInnen und der Blick auf das System Schule mit all seinen AkteurInnen aus der neuen Perspektive eines/einer LehrerIn. Es findet somit ein erster Rollenwechsel für die PraktikantInnen statt, mit dem die Reflexion der Berufswahl unter Berücksichtigung der eigenen Stärken und Schwächen verknüpft sein sollte. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn die/der PraktikantIn die Möglichkeit bekommt, vielfältig am Schulleben teilzuhaben (wünschenswert wäre neben dem Unterricht auch die Teilnahme an z.B. Konferenzen, Elternsprechtag, Schul- fest, Aufführungen, Wandertag, etc.) und sich verschiedene (Lern-) Gelegenheiten eröffnen, um möglichst viele Handlungsfelder (Unterrichten, Erziehen, Beurteilen, Beraten, Innovieren) zu erleben. Es wäre schön, wenn der/die PraktikantIn nach einer Hospitationsphase erste eigene Erfahrungen mit dem Unterrichten (z.B. auch von Teilen einer Stunde) machen kann und diese von den betreuenden MentorInnen begleitet und gemeinsam reflektiert werden. Die PraktikantInnen führen, wie bereits erwähnt, eine theoriegeleitete Beobachtung an der Schule durch. Wir bitten hier, den/die PraktikantIn zu unterstützen, indem die angedachte Beobachtung in der Schule durchgeführt werden kann, alle Ergebnisse werden anonymisiert protokolliert und ausgewertet. Eignungsreflexion Ein wesentliches Ziel des Eignungs- und Orientierungspraktikums ist die Eignungsreflexion. Grundlage dieser Einschätzung sollen die Erfahrungen des Praktikums, die Reflexion der vier o.g. Zielsetzungen für das EOP, die eigenen Zielsetzungen sowie die fünf Handlungsfelder des Kerncurriculums sein. Wir freuen uns, wenn Sie sich die Zeit nehmen können, ein oder mehrere Gespräche mit dem/der PraktikantIn zu führen. Wir empfehlen, in jedem Falle ein Abschlussgespräch zu führen. Anfangsgespräch Der/die PraktikantIn wird im Semester vor dem EOP durch ein Begleitseminar auf das Praktikum vorbereitet, in dem bereits Reflexionen über die Studien- und Berufswahl angebahnt werden. Weiterhin sollten sie zu Beginn Ihres Praktikums ihre Erwartungen und Ziele bereits formuliert haben. Neben der Klärung organisatorischer Fra- gen bietet es sich an, mit den PraktikantInnen ein Anfangsgespräch zu führen, um die Erwartungen und Ziele (beider Seiten) für das Praktikum deutlich zu machen. Zwischengespräch In diesem Gespräch könnten die ersten Wochen aus Sicht der PraktikantInnen sowie der MentorInnen reflektiert und (weitere) Teilziele für die abschließende Zeit vereinbart werden. Die PraktikantInnen führen ein Portfolio, in dem sie u.a. ihre persönlichen High- und Lowlights der Praktikumswochen oder ihre ersten Erfahrungen im Handlungsfeld „Unterrichten“ formulieren. Sie können den/die PraktikantIn darauf ansprechen. Abschlussgespräch Wir empfehlen ein abschließendes Beratungsgespräch mit dem/der PratikantIn, in dem die Erkenntnisse und Erfahrungen des Praktikums zusammengeführt und reflektiert werden. Hierbei sollen sowohl die Beobachtun- gen der PraktikantInnen als auch Ihre Beobachtungen als MentorIn ausgetauscht und diskutiert werden. Die Leitung des Gesprächs sollte in der Regel der/die MentorIn übernehmen und hierfür eine angemessene Zeit- spanne wählen. Zu Beginn sollte deutlich gemacht werden, dass es um Beratung und Hilfestellung geht und eine positive Gesprächsatmosphäre geschaffen werden. Wichtig ist hierbei, dass das Abschlussgespräch nicht in eine Feststellung der generellen Eignung oder Nichteignung münden kann. Das Ziel des abschließenden Gesprächs soll stets die persönliche Reflexion der Studien- und Berufswahl sein. Selbstverständlich findet das Abschlussge- spräch unter Beachtung der strikten Vertraulichkeit statt. Stand 08/24 Informationen zum Eignungs- und Orientierungspraktikum (EOP) Bachelor Lehramt Bildungswissenschaften an der DSHS Köln Das Eignungs- und Orientierungspraktikum (EOP) ist die erste Praxisphase innerhalb des Bachelor-Lehramtsstudiums. Die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen werden durch das Lehrerausbildungsgesetz (LABG 2016), die Lehramtszugangsverordnung (LZV 2016) und den Praxiselementeerlass (2016) festlegt1. 1. Allgemeine Informationen zum EOP • Das EOP ist bei den Bildungswissenschaften verortet. Nur Studierende, die Bildungswissenschaften an der DSHS belegen, absolvieren das EOP an der DSHS. • Das EOP sollte im ersten Studienjahr absolviert werden. • Das Modul umfasst eine universitäre Vor- und Nachbereitung und eine schulische Praxisphase. 2. Allgemeine Ziele des EOP • Kritisch-analytische Auseinandersetzung mit der Schulpraxis • Reflexion der Eignung für den Beruf als Lehrer*in • Perspektivwechsel vom Lernenden zum Lehrenden • Theoriegeleitete Beobachtung, Analyse und Dokumentation schulischer Praxis auf der Grundlage des Forschenden Lernens • Entwicklung einer professionellen Perspektive für das weitere Studium 3. Schulische Praxisphase • Das EOP ist ein mindestens 25-tägiges Blockpraktikum, welches i.d.R. in 5 Wochen in der vorlesungsfreien Zeit absolviert wird. • Das EOP kann an einer deutschen Schule im In- oder Ausland absolviert werden, mit Ausnahme von Schulen, die als Schüler*in besucht wurden. • Die Schulform sollte dem studierten Lehramt Gymnasium/Gesamtschule entsprechen. • Die Praktikumsplatzsuche liegt in der alleinigen Verantwortung der Studierenden. Universitäre Vor- und Nachbereitung • Die universitäre Begleitung beinhaltet ▪ ein Vorbereitungsseminar (im Semester), ▪ eine Nachbereitung (am Ende der vorlesungsfreien Zeit nach dem Praktikum). • Für alle Veranstaltungen im Rahmen des EOP besteht Anwesenheitspflicht. • Alle Elemente des EOP müssen innerhalb eines Jahres absolviert werden, ansonsten muss das gesamte Modul mit allen Elementen wiederholt werden. Die Nachbereitung sollte direkt im Anschluss an das Praktikum erfolgen. • Die Termine aller Elemente werden im LSF angegeben und über die Dozierenden des Vorbereitungsseminars organisiert. • Über die genauen Inhalte der universitären Begleitung informieren die Dozierenden. 5. Portfolio Alle Praxiselemente sollen zu einer Eignungsreflexion beitragen und werden im Portfolio dokumentiert (LABG 2016, § 12, Abs. 1). • In der Vorbereitung wird die Reflexion und Portfolioarbeit angebahnt und modulbegleitend fortgeführt. • Die Inhalte und aktuellen Vorgaben des Portfolios werden in der Vorbereitung thematisiert. • Die obligatorischen Portfolio-Elemente werden nach dem Praktikum und der Nachbereitung bei den Dozierenden der Vorbereitung eingereicht. 6. Anerkennung von Leistungen • Folgende schulpraktische Tätigkeiten können als EOP anerkannt werden: 1. Ein Schulpraktikum, das an einer anderen Universität absolviert und durch eine universitäre Veranstaltung begleitet wurde, die den Vorgaben der DSHS entspricht. 2. Eine Tätigkeit als Vertretungslehrkraft vor Beginn des Studiums. • Für die Anerkennung müssen folgende Unterlagen persönlich bei der Praktikumsmanagerin im Zentrum für Sportlehrer*innenbildung (ZfSb) eingereicht werden: 1. der ausgefüllte Antrag zur Anerkennung von Studien- und Prüfungsleistungen (Homepage Prüfungsamt), 2. die im Antrag aufgeführten Unterlagen (Schulbescheinigung, aus der Zeitraum und Stundenumfang der Tätigkeit hervorgeht/Nachweis über die Einbettung in ein Lehramtsstudium, z.B. Transcript Of Records, Leistungsnachweis, Schein). • Studierende von den Kooperationsuniversitäten, die mit Bildungswissenschaften an die DSHS wechseln und den Schulschwerpunkt Gymnasium/Gesamtschule beibehalten, benötigen nur das Transcript of Records zur Vorlage beim Prüfungsamt. • Das Eignungspraktikum oder FSJ an einer Schule kann nicht anerkannt werden. Mit dieser Methode wurde versucht, die Gesamtzahl an roten Blutkörperchen (Erythrozythen) zu erhöhen, um eine größere Menge an Sauerstoff transportieren zu können. Mit dem gentechnisch produzierten EPO können die gleichen Effekte erreicht werden wie mit dem Blutdoping, so dass die aufwendige und auch gefährliche Methode der Bluttransfusion vermieden werden kann. EPO gehört zur Gruppe der Glycoproteine . Hierunter werden Eiweißmoleküle (Proteine) verstanden, die mit Kohlenhydratketten verknüpft sind. EPO hat ein Molekulargewicht von ca. 30.000, wobei die Proteinkette aus insgesamt 165 Aminosäuren besteht. An vier stellen des Proteins erfolgt eine Bindung mit komplex aufgebauten Kohlenhydraten. Diese Kohlenhydratketten sind unbedingte Voraussetzung für die biologische Aktivität der Verbindung. Der Kohlenhydratanteil beträgt ca. 40% des Gesamtmoleküls. EPO wird vorwiegend in der Niere gebildet und stimuliert in den Knochenmark-Stammzellen die Ausreifung der Erythrozyten. Dieses führt zu einer Erhöhung der Bildungsrate an Erythrocyten, die in ihrer ersten Zeit noch als Reticulozyten bezeichnet werden. Die medizinische Anwendung von EPO erfolgt bei Patienten, die selber nicht mehr genügend EPO produzieren und somit zu wenig rote Blutkörperchen aufweisen, z.B. bei renaler Anämie oder bei Dialysepatienten. Seit 1988 wird EPO gentechnisch hergestellt, wobei gentechnisch veränderte Säugetierzellen (Ovarienzellen chinesischer Hamster) verwendet werden. Das so produzierte EPO ist 100%ig identisch mit dem menschlichen EPO bezüglich der Aminosäuresequenz der Eiweißkette. Geringfügige Unterschiede bestehen aber in den Kohlenhydratanteilen, so dass hier eine Möglichkeit zur Differenzierung zum humanen EPO gesehen wird. Weiterhin steht seit 1.Juni 2001 eine neue von Erythropoeitin abgeleitete Substanz, die die Erythropoese stimuliert, für die Behandlung der renalen Anämie zur Verfügung: Darbepoetin alfa (NESP, Novel Erythropoiesis Stimulating Protein, Aranesp®) , ebenfalls von der Firma Amgen. Dieses neue Produkt unterscheidet sich vom bisherigen rekombinant hergestellten EPO dadurch, dass 5 Aminosäuren ausgetauscht und zusätzliche Zuckerketten in das Molekül eingefügt worden sind. Damit erhöht sich die relative Molekülmasse von 30.400 auf 38.500 und der Zuckeranteil des bisherigen EPO von 40 auf 52% des gesamten Molekulargewichtes.Die Halbwertszeit von Darbepoetin (NESP) liegt bei ca. 21 h nach intravenöser Injektion während Erythropoietin eine Halbwertszeit von 8,5 h aufweist. Nach subkutaner Injektion (Injektion ins Hautgewebe) verlängert sich die Halbwertszeit auf ca. 49 h (27-89h) bzw. 16-24 h für Epoetin. Seit 2009 wird zusätzlich die SDS-PAGE Methode und seit 2013 die SAR-PAGE Methode eingesetzt. Nach dem aktuellen technischen Dokument für EPO (WADA) ist seit 2013 eine Analytik ausschließlich mit der SAR-Page Analytik zulässig. Bei den Dopingkontrollen hat es seit 2000 für den Nachweis von rekombinantem EPO (rEPO), den EPO-Modifikationen Darbepoetin (dEPO) und CERA weltweit ungefähr 1300 positive Befunde gegeben.
