Guest researchers from Brasil

During the month of June, the Department of Sociology of Sport is hosting Prof. Larissa Galatti and Prof. Carine Collet from the University of Campinas (Unicamp) in Brasil. We are discussing our respective research on women coaches and athletes, and our guests will share their research on gender and ethnicity with our students and the staff. It is fantastic to have them working alongside us during their visit, cheering that Prof. Larissa's stay is funded by a women in research grant of the University of Campinas.
