- If you wish to produce an editorial feature on the German Sport University Cologne and are planning to film or take photographs on our premises, you will need a filming permit. Please complete our application form for a filming/photography permit for editorial purposes
- Are you looking for a suitable location for your film or photo shoot? Our sports venues, facilities and buildings offer plenty of great backdrops for filming or photo shoots. Please contact the Press and Communications team.

The Press and Communications Department regularly sends out two different newsletters, which media representatives and anyone else interested can subscribe to.
- Spoho aktuell: Our events newsletter provides monthly updates on upcoming events. These may include information sessions for prospective students, conference announcements or event invitations. You can sign up for Spoho aktuell via our press mailing list.
- Research Participant Newsletter: Provides information about studies taking place at the German Sport University, for which research participants are being sought. You can find all the information about our calls for study participants on our website. There, you can also sign up for the newsletter, which we send out every one to two months.
