We support students, staff and prospective students with any enquiries they may have regarding the German Sport University Cologne. We answer many questions directly; for specific enquiries, we refer them to the appropriate contact person or relevant department.

Lost Property Office
The InfoPoint houses the central lost property office of the German Sport University Cologne. This is where lost (valuable) items,
found within the university buildings and/or on the university campus, are handed in.
Exceptions:
Items found at the Hockey and Judo Centre and the Guest House are kept at the reception of the Guest House.
Items found at the Swimming Centre are collected there.
Items of clothing, (single) shoes, water bottles, sports and electronic goods, jewellery, glasses, etc. are sorted into our lost property lockers.
Valuables with an estimated value of over €50 are also recorded in a lost property list, which you can view online (see below).
If a lost item is not collected within six weeks, it will be disposed of. Items listed on the lost property list are kept for six months.
The handling of lost property on the university campus is governed by a policy issued by the German Sport University Cologne.
