Juggling school, a part-time job, or an internship while still finding time for friends, family, and sports - in everyday life, there are often countless things we have to keep track of at the same time. What’s the next assignment due? What task do I need to complete for my part-time job? Many to-dos, big and small, can keep your mind racing even when you should actually be relaxing. This short talk will explore how mental stress arises and what can help you stay on top of things. In addition to brief insights, there will be practical tips for your daily life as a student, as well as time for your questions.

Students receive comprehensive preparation for school and classroom settings in terms of subject-specific knowledge, disciplinary theory, and educational science. However, they often lament the lack of insight into real-world practice. Today’s information session and Q&A therefore offers physical education teacher education students insights into everyday school and classroom life, as physical education teachers share typical experiences, tasks, and challenges in their work with students and address questions from students.
