The SGP Bachelor’s degree programme combines practical sports content with in-depth knowledge of training science, medicine, psychology and health promotion. You will learn how exercise can be used in a targeted way to maintain, restore or improve health in the long term.

At the heart of the degree programme are the nine specialisation tracks, from which you will choose three to prepare yourself specifically for the job market and specialise in your chosen field. You will learn to plan and implement health-related measures tailored to specific target groups, whilst taking into account different life situations and needs – such as those of older people, children and young people, or people with disabilities.
