Under the leadership of Professor Bettina Rulofs, our staff is dedicated to both teaching across all degree programs at the GSU Cologne and conducting research in various projects. Our team is characterized by a close integration of theory-driven and empirical research, a practical focus, and a clear stance against discrimination and violence. In both national and international projects, we maintain a collaborative network with universities, associations, and stakeholders from politics and civil society.
