We are currently investigating educational processes within digitally supported, health-oriented, and inclusive teaching approaches. A key focus of teacher professional development is on examining and fostering teachers’ professional self-perception. The goal is to develop adaptive teaching practices that are tailored to students’ individual needs and situational conditions, thereby enabling the best possible support for all children. In addition, we are researching collegial cooperation as a collective resource in higher education and school contexts to jointly develop sustainable solutions to the growing challenges in school physical education.
